A safe space to find your way forward

Warm, confidential counselling and psychotherapy in Truro, Cornwall, London and online, tailored to help you explore life’s challenges and move forward at your own pace.

Hi, I'm Kate!

Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Truro, Cornwall

Those closest to us may not always offer us what we need. This is where therapy may be helpful, a human-being to listen to you without offering judgement, embarrassment or advice. Each client is treated with kindness and respect. I provide a safe, warm and calm environment in which to talk confidently, with almost 20 years experience.

Before becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist, I trained as a nurse and have spent many years working with people from all walks of life. My experiences, including supporting individuals living with HIV and AIDS in South Africa and volunteering as Vice Chairman of a local fundraising committee for a national cancer charity, have given me a deep appreciation of the challenges people face and the importance of compassionate, person-centred support.

Based in Truro, Cornwall, I offer in-person sessions in Truro and near SW15 in London, as well as online sessions, creating a safe and welcoming environment where we can work together towards positive, lasting change.
